大疆創新（DJI）推出 Mavic 2 系列的兩架航拍機僅數天，外國即有買家在社交網站反映指，才剛買入 Mavic 2 Pro，具 1 吋傳感器的哈蘇（Hasselblad）相機卻無端脫離雲台掉了下來，露出膠水痕跡，令人擔心品質得不到保證。不過事主也承認，這應是個別情況。

外國網民 Dustin Gwin 今在 facebook 群組「DJI Mavic Group: Pro/Platinum/Air/Mavic 2 Owners Group」上載一張 DJI Mavic 2 Pro 的照片，表示「在我的桌子上調較設定，突然聽到哐啷一聲，估計膠水掉了（Setting on my table I heard a clank.. guess the glue fell off lol） 」。從照片可見，Mavic 2 Pro 雲台相機的其中一個接口斷開了，露出銀色的內部配件及連接的電線，其中一邊接口更見膠水痕跡，卻不見任何一口螺絲。

獲 DJI 安排更換航拍機
其他網民一度質疑照片的真偽，Gwin 接著在群組上載多張不同角度的照片「驗明正身」，並指已向 DJI 反映此情況，獲安排更換航拍機，但需等待 2 至 3 個星期。其後疑似 DJI 方面的人員也在群組內留言，表明會照顧 Gwin 的需要，並為事件為他帶來不便致歉。

應驗雲台設計失誤傳言？
未知大家是否記得 DronesPlayer 曾報道，在 DJI 推遲 Mavic 2 原定發佈會後，網絡上一度傳出背後原因是新機雲台設計失誤，但量產階段早已開始，所以 DJI 叫停發佈會，當中大約 15 萬件產品需要重做。有網民將 Gwin 的情況與這個從未得到證實的傳言拉上關係，但在 8 月 23 日的紐約發佈會上，發言人也指推遲發佈會是為了可即時發售 Mavic 2，你又較相信哪個說法。

再者，WeTalkUAV 的暴力測試也證明了 Mavic 2 航拍機的堅韌度和耐撞程度。但也有細心網民提出，測試中的航拍機是 Mavic 2 Zoom，而非出現「斷頭」雲台相機的 Mavic 2 Pro。
